Digital CMR TransFollow added with the latest features:
PrintCMR is compatible with the latest release of TransFollow.
As of September 28, 2017, the following options are available in TransFollow and PrintCMR:
- CMR signature by PrintCMR!
PrintCMR is the first program that supports a TransFollow CMR via the QR code.
In the role of sender or as a recipient, PrintCMR can provide the signature through the PC.
The signing process always starts on the driver's mobile phone. The QR code is included with a handscanner. PrintCMR searches for the correct document and is downloaded from TransFollow again.
If the document is in agreement, PrintCMR will provide the second QR code. After it has been scanned by the driver's mobile phone, the signature is complete.
- Belgian CMR now also equipped with TransFollow!
Following the Dutch CMR, the Belgian CMR now has all the features of TransFollow.
- License registration
Vehicles + trailers can be registered with the Carrier and the following carrier.
This data can be added during the TEMP and DRAFT status.
- TimeWindow for opening hours
For the benefit of the carrier's welcome times a time limit may be indicated.
This can be found in the address box "Place of taking over" and "Place of delivery".
- Add digital attachments, additional features
TransFollow gives users additional capabilities to add digital attachments, even if the TransFollow document is already signed.
In addition to adding, you should also edit or delete these documents.
- Duplicate CMR documents extensively
PrintCMR takes into account the presence of the TransFollow document when copying CMR documents.
This also completely duplicates the TransFollow information.
A "Retour document" is very simple in this way.
- Maintain Main Information Packaging comprehensive
The registration of Packaging is more extensive in TransFollow than PrintCMR needed on paper.
For this reason, maintaining the basic data of Packaging is better structured.
- Specify allowed signatures
In the initial release of TransFollow, each transfer type can specify which signature methods are allowed.
