PrintCMR is the most complete software program when it comes to TransFollow functionality.
Making a CMR is done in the old-fashioned way, by filling in a "red CMR".
If desired, it can be brought to TransFollow at the touch of a button.

Retrieving CMR documents from TransFollow is just as easy.
You can also print these directly on pre-printed CMR forms.
In addition to user software, there is also the link with e.g. Excel or XML files are exchanged with TransFollow.

Items from the database can be used in any type of document where you have to enter items.
So this applies to the CMR, the AVC and the Begeleidingsbrief cargo manifest.

This example is based on the CMR.
Items can be entered in Box 6. Clicking the box opens the entry screen for Box 6 in the CMR.

The cursor must be positioned in the description on the right line before you click the Select Item button. This tells the program the line in which you want to insert the item.

Explanation of the buttons:

1. You can add new items directly to the database using this button.

2. The item description may contain "tokens", which are used to request extra information from the user.

3. The Open button displays the item.

4. The Process button transfers the item to the CMR.

Now we are going to find out exactly how this item with the "tokens" works. We start by clicking the Open button.

You can specify where each item should be used.
In the case of the CMR, the "Document Choice" box should be set to On.

Now you can set questions on the "Description" tab.

1. A "token" can be placed in the right location in the Description.
This can be #nr01# for a numerical entry, or #txt01# for a text entry.

2. You enter the description here, which the user will see when he starts to use items.

Make sure that the user is asked the questions in exactly this sequence.
This allows you to make the entry process as logical as possible.

3. The "Back" button takes us back to the item summary display.

1. You select the "Process" button in the item summary.

2. PrintCMR immediately opens a sub screen where quantities can be entered.
These quantities are not compulsory, but can be standardised based on the Item database.

3. If the right information has been entered click the OK button.

The questions relating to the "Description" come next.

1. The comment, as entered when creating the item.

2. The field that is to be entered.
If processing takes place on an iPhone or iPad, the correct keyboard appears on the display.

3. Clicking the "OK" button takes you to the next question.
Once all questions have been processed, the item is placed in the CMR.

The item is in the CMR.

1. The line has been filled in completely and placed.

2. The cursor is in the next line, ready for entry.

3. You can immediately click the "Select Item" button to include the next item.
