15/12/2015: PrintCMR version 14.1v2

Basic + Network Module:

- Ability to send Photo Report via PrintCMR mail: A choice can be made to determine which photos are sent
A Photo Report can be stored in each individual shipping document. If you use an iPad or iPhone, you can create photos directly in PrintCMR, which are then stored behind the document.
When you want to send a document to another user via PrintCMR mail, you can choose which individual photos are to be sent with the email message.
During the selection process, you can even add new photos to the report. A description can be added for each of the photos so that complete information can be provided for the report.

Note: Under the terms of the Basic and Network licence, only iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices may send the Photo Report via PrintCMR mail.
The Archive licence is required for this in the case of Windows and Mac.

- Sorting documents based on Date Processed
Version 14.1v2 introduces a Processing Date for each shipping document.
The Processing Date is originally created at the time of document creation.
It is updated when a document is sent or received via PrintCMR mail.
This results in a clear display of current documents in the total document summary screen.
The Processing Date can be used to remove old documents, meaning that superfluous files can be quickly removed from iPhones and iPads.

- Screen preview when printing can be suppressed
New users found this feature slightly confusing. PrintCMR can produce a print preview on the screen, which the user must approve before printing actually takes place.
This screen can now be switched off (standard) or reactivated by the user.

- PrintCMR mail: A counter indicates progress when importing large address files

Archive Module:

- The History is updated upon receipt of a PrintCMR mail
The Archive module can automatically import a mailbox and process the PrintCMR mail documents that are received.
All changes are registered at field level during processing and recorded in the History.
If shipments are made, this information is also added to the History.
The intention is to expand this History further to allow registration of all actions from and to external parties.

- Shipping documents can be locked (no further editing is possible)
This function is only available on Windows and Mac PCs if the archive module has been activated.

- Photos in the Photo Report can be locked separately
A shipping document can be enabled for receipt via PrintCMR mail subject to read-only locking of various photos.
This ensures receipt by the driver while guaranteeing that the photos (with or without comments) are preserved in the form in which they appear on the PC.
This feature makes it possible to safeguard important information and eliminate the risk of overwriting by external parties.

- The customer can be registered under Shipping Documents
This relates to the first phase for recording additional information about a shipping document.
The order data CANNOT be exchanged via PrintCMR mail.

- Photo Report: A photo can be sent directly via an email message
In Photo Report you can selectively choose which photos qualify for reporting and/or sending via email.

- Backup procedure: All data can be placed on network drives.
Note: This function is only available in the Archive module (Windows).
This backup procedure copies data to previously specified drives. These may also be backup drives in the cloud.
