In secure corporate networks, the best place to extract the installation file is a documents folder, which should preferably have been created specially for PrintCMR.

If you have write permissions in a (network) folder of this type, the shortcut will automatically be copied to your desktop and you can start using the program immediately.
One major advantage of having PrintCMR in your documents folder is that it will (often) be included in the backup and can therefore be restored easily in an emergency.
The ICT department simply has to restore a documents folder and you can get back to work again without complication.
