 The App, which is called Doc Scan, offers a special feature.
It detects the edges and corners of the photographed document!
This makes the App particularly useful.
Taking a good photograph is child's play.
Simply lay the document on a flat surface, take a photograph and the App detects the corners of the document. Even if your photograph is slightly angled, the result will still be usable.
You can still correct the corners of the document if necessary and the App then smooths the document to flatten it.
You now have a flat and straight image of the document, as though you laid it on a photocopier.
Next, you can select the black/white option to make the text clearer.
Light grey becomes white and dark grey becomes black.
Perfect for a clearly legible copy.
Now you can print the scanned document via your Airprint printer.
